  • All Orders are sent by the least expensive USPS 1st class or priority option with delivery confirmation capability and insurance. We use recycled packaging when possible to keep costs and impact to a minimum.

            If OVER estimated for postage and insurance, we reduce (amount charged to your Credit Card on File) or refund (PayPal) overages. )
            International Shipping costs are what they are and are the sole responsibility of the addressee provided when you place your order.
  • Sales Tax: We are forced by law to be Sales Tax Collectors for packages sent within our home state.
  • All other Taxes, including but not limited to any USE Tax required by the state or country where the package is to be sent, including but not limited to liabilities such as VAT, Custom Fees, etal are the sole responsibility.
  • Once it is in the hands of the USPS and has been "scanned" as accepted into their system, we cannot control when/if updates will appear, or how long the Postal Service(s) takes to deliver a package. We can only pass on the estimates provided to us as well as any information that will assist you in tracking your package.

  • All Merchandise is subject to prior sale - first come first serve basis
  • We bill and ship in the order received
  • We will process and ship partial orders unless otherwise directed in comments area of your order
  • Out of Stock will not be automatically back ordered - please read the product descriptions carefully
            (a) For Credit Card on file orders, adjustments to final cost for your order will be completed before your order is billed
            (b) For PayPal, refunds for merchandise not in stock will be initiated when your order is processed.
  • If new merchandise in your order is not correct, please contact us to arrange replacement or refund at our option.
  • Closeout/Discontinued items are not returnable and all such sales are final.
  • NEW Yarns, Patterns & Books are Not Returnable. If you have an issue with the product recieved, please contact us to determine if a resolution is possible.
  • Coupon Codes are entered and applied to Merchandise ONLY during the check out process.
  • DyeLots We do not deliberately ship "unmatched" dyelots without your advance agreement. If Dyelot is not critical, you can mention this in comment during checkout. Please note that it may not be possible to provide dyelot matches for discontinued and closeout yarns.
  • Publication Sales are FINAL Publications include but are not limited to, Patterns, Books, Leaflets, Magazines, any printed matter sold by ItsAllJustString and YARNand THREAD Associates. Due to the incredibly high incidence of copyright violations, publications are not returnable.

    If your purchase arrives damaged and needs to be replaced, it will only be replaced with the same publication. We regret the innocent must suffer because of those who would dishonor themselves through theft of intellectual property.
  • Special Sales: The following terms and conditions of sale apply to All Inventory, Introductory, and Special Purchase sales.

    • Limited to Stock on hand - No Special Orders
    • Orders are filled "First In - First Out" Based on Time Received
    • Out of Stock refunds will be processed within one business day.
    • Items will return to regular pricing once overstock has been sold.
    • Not all items we sell are OverStock Priced
    • All Sales Are Final
