We know, because we use all the things we regularly sell (thus some rather esoteric tools offered) that NOTHING is more frustrating than to want a particular thing to feed our creative needs and not be able to get it.

ItsAllJustString will special order almost any product that is carried by our preferred supplies and manufacturers. And can usually still ship within 3-7 business days.

Please NOTE: Sometimes a product may no longer be available. In that case, you will immediately recieve a full refund for any pre-payment.

We have TWO Types of Special Orders:

1. Products listed in our AFSO-Available For Special Order section, these should be available to us, but not in stock. To order non-stock, special order items, a pre-payment in full is required at the time your order is placed.

The second is for "Introductory Specials" that are offered to registered customers from time to time. These items may be excluded from Coupon or other Discount programs - and this will be noted in the product description.

ANY Special Order, placed in conjunction with a regular order may be subject to a second shipping charge which will be billed at the time your order is ready to ship. We can, if asked in the comment section of your order, hold regular merchandise until the special order items are available and ship all at one time

Merchandise Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable, and special order items cannot be canceled, they are non-returnable. Unless otherwise noted, you may use any discount coupons issued by or in conjunction with ItsAllJustString.

Sometimes a product may not be available from our Manufacturer/Suppliers.

Manufacturers vary in delivery time, so estimated times of arrivals are not guaranteed. Delays due to Customs and such cannot be predicted, but again, we will keep you informed.

In most cases, it is not unreasonable to expect delivery within two to four weeks.

As soon as we recieve the items you have chosen from the Manufacturer or Supplier, we will notify you (please be sure to white list customer.service@itsalljuststring.com ) by email which will include a COUPON Code for the AMOUNT you have already paid for the Special Order Merchandise.
