Draft - 2011-02-20 - FAQ: Special Purchase Project

We are hoping to begin sharing with our customers the special, reduced price offers - more commonly know as "special purchase offers".

Because of the restrictions of available supply at the special pricing, we may not be able to fill all orders completely.

Other restrictions as may be made by the supplier will apply - particularly the "window of time" for placing your order.

orders will be filled in the order received.

Orders must be placed within the time frames listed in each offer.

Here is how it will work "most of the time".

We hope to be able to have at least one special offer per week. And details will be sent on Sundays to Newsletter subscribers.

Depending on the terms and conditions made to us, we will accumulate the orders until Wednesday evening of each week and then place the order. Assuming No UPS or USPS Holiday, you can expect your order to be billed and shipped on the following Monday.

All items will be first quality but may include manufacturer/distributor discontinued styles or colors.

Special Purchase Yarns and Threads may include a limited color range - even when we have the full range in stock.

Some products may be discontinued items, so supplies will be limited.

We prefer, but will not require your Visa/MasterCard/Discover information on file so we can most easily process your order. Those who prefer PayPal, will be sent a PayPal invoice will be sent each Monday and PayPal payments must be received within 2 business days or the merchandise will be returned to available stock.

Naturally, you can order other items at the same time - please indicate in the comment field if you wish them to be held and shipping with your Special Purchase to reduce the total cost of shipping, or if you "need them asap - send now" which may incur additional postage.

As an example, the first offer will be for KFI's Dazzle, MSRP* $5.75 will be offered $4 per ball PLUS your normal Newsletter Subscriber discount.**

* MSRP = Manufacturer Suggest Retail Price - usually the price that can be seen on their website

** Please note: Total discount is limited to a maximum of 25% off MSRP so those others entitled to a combined discount of more than 25% will be somewhat precluded from the benefits of these special orders.
